1. General
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Throttlereverse and the User. By booking a vehicle, the User agrees to these Terms.
The Company operates exclusively from Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
2. User Eligibility
User must be 18 years or older and hold a valid Indian two-wheeler Driving License.
Valid Government ID proof must be provided.
3. User Registration
Users must provide accurate information during booking. The Company reserves the right to verify documents and reject bookings if required.
4. Booking Terms
All bookings must be made through the official website.
Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.
5. Vehicle Usage
User must wear a helmet at all times.
No riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
No racing, stunts, unlawful use, or commercial delivery without written approval.
Vehicle use is restricted to Pune District limits unless prior permission is obtained.
6. Pickup & Return
Vehicle must be picked up and returned at the Wagholi location.
Late returns will attract additional charges.
7. Liability
User is responsible for traffic violations, damages, theft, and third-party claims during rental.
The Company shall not be liable for personal injury or loss of belongings.
8. Accident & Theft
In case of accident or theft, User must immediately inform the Company and file an FIR within 24 hours.
9. Vehicle Breakdown
If breakdown is not due to User negligence, assistance or replacement may be provided subject to availability.
10. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges are as follows:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14–21 working days.
11. Recovery Rights
If the vehicle is not returned on time, additional charges apply and legal recovery may be initiated.
12. Privacy
User information is collected for booking and verification purposes only. Personal data is not sold to third parties.
13. Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Throttlereverse from any claims arising due to misuse of the vehicle.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
